Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Work

Approval of an estimate, proposal, or work order constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions and authorizes Bracetti Outdoors to perform the services described.

2. Scheduling

Services are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis upon estimate approval and required deposit (if applicable). Scheduling dates may change due to weather, equipment issues, material availability, or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Weather Delays

Landscaping work is weather dependent. Services may be postponed due to rain, storms, unsafe conditions, or soil saturation. Work will resume once conditions allow safe and proper completion.

For recurring maintenance services, if weather conditions such as rain prevent safe operation for two or more days during a service week, that service visit may be skipped and will resume on the next scheduled service date. This prevents damage to turf, soil, and landscaping caused by operating equipment in excessively wet conditions.

4. Deposits & Payments

For installation or project work, a 50% deposit may be required prior to scheduling, with the remaining balance due upon completion unless otherwise stated.

Invoices are due upon receipt unless other payment terms are agreed upon in writing. Late payments may be subject to service suspension and applicable late fees where permitted by law.

5. Property Access

Clients must provide clear access to the work area on the scheduled service date. This includes unlocking gates, securing pets, and removing obstacles that could interfere with the work.

Bracetti Outdoors is not responsible for delays caused by lack of access to the property.

6. Hidden Utilities & Irrigation Lines

Clients are responsible for identifying and marking the location of any underground utilities, irrigation lines, drainage pipes, electrical wiring, invisible fencing, or other underground installations not visible prior to work.

Bracetti Outdoors is not responsible for damage to hidden or improperly marked utilities or irrigation componentsencountered during normal work operations.

7. Irrigation Systems

Existing irrigation systems may require adjustments, repairs, or modifications during landscape work. If issues are discovered during service, approval will be requested before performing additional repairs.

Bracetti Outdoors is not responsible for pre-existing irrigation problems or system failures unrelated to work performed.

8. Plant & Sod Warranty

Due to factors beyond our control including watering practices, soil conditions, pests, disease, weather, and irrigation performance, plants and sod are not guaranteed unless a written warranty is provided.

Proper watering and maintenance are the responsibility of the property owner unless ongoing maintenance services are contracted.

9. Lawn & Landscape Damage

Heavy equipment may cause minor soil disturbance, rutting, or turf damage depending on site conditions. Any disturbances necessary to complete the work will be restored to the best extent possible but full restoration of surrounding turf is not guaranteed unless included in the project scope.

10. Debris Removal

All debris generated from contracted work will be removed unless otherwise specified. Existing debris or materials not related to the project may incur additional removal charges.

11. Additional Work

Any work not included in the approved estimate will require client approval and may result in additional charges.

12. Cancellation

Cancellations or rescheduling requests should be made with reasonable notice. Deposits may be non-refundable once materials have been ordered or work has been scheduled.

13. Limitation of Liability

Bracetti Outdoors shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including loss of property value, plant loss due to environmental conditions, irrigation failure unrelated to work performed, or delays caused by weather or supply issues.

14. Safety

Our team reserves the right to stop work if unsafe conditions exist including aggressive animals, hazardous environments, or unsafe site conditions.

15. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
